Cut four inches below the knee and gathered into a buttoned cuff, Cécile is the family's playful one — think Paris courtyards, flat shoes, long socks in winter. One pleat at the waist, a leg that stays slightly wider through the knee so the small pleats into the cuff sit flat, and a flap that buttons toward the back over a short vent.
