I bought this fabric in Rome from Pierlorenzo Bassetti Tessuti not far from the Pantheon in the Old City. (See References) Pierlorenzo specializes in designer fabrics many of which are made in his family's mill, in northern Italy. I fell in love with this fabric which is a beautiful spring-forward color and conjures Audrey Hepburn at the seashore. Woven with cotton and cashmere fibres, it is soft to the touch and has incredible drape. If I don't sell this, I will make myself a 60s style shift dress or tulip pants for summer.
